Buying art unseen requires trust. We work hard to earn it — and we want every collector to live with a piece they love.

14-Day Return

You may return any work within 14 days of delivery free of charge within the UK, provided it is in its original, undamaged condition and in its original crate.

Damaged in Transit

Please retain all original packaging and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Every work is fully insured — we will arrange immediate collection and a full refund, or, where possible, restoration by the artist.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the work's safe return.
