Buying art unseen requires trust. We work hard to earn it — and we want every collector to live with a piece they love.

14-Day Return

You may return any work within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, undamaged condition and in its original crate. Outbound shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is arranged by us, at your cost.

Damaged in Transit

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Every work is fully insured — we will arrange immediate collection and a full refund, or, where possible, restoration by the artist.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the work's safe return.
